Арбитражный управляющий, утвержденный арбитражным судом для проведения финансового оздоровления в соответствии с Федеральным законом «О несостоятельности (банкротстве)». Арбитражный суд утверждает также конкурсного управляющего — для проведения конкурсного производства и осуществления иных установленных Федеральным законом полномочий, связанных с банкротством.
